ELCHAIS has an agronomy department that manages over 1400 hectares of vegetable crops through direct contracts with around 80 farmers, selecting non-GMO seeds and varieties and regularly visiting fields to ensure the quality of the raw materials, while also partnering with professionals for sowing, harvesting, and transporting vegetables and practicing sustainable agriculture since 2008.
